Target Pace & Intervals

First, I'll have to start of by saying that I love your app, great work!
But, there are two things I'm missing - the ability to set a target pace for my workout and interval options.

I'd like to be able to set a target pace, or better yet a target pace interval (for ex 6:00-6:30), and then be notified when I run faster or slower.
I'd also like the ability to set intervals, say 1km at 7:00 - 500m at 5:30 - 1min at 7:00, and then be notified at the start of each interval (for ex "run 1min at 7 min/km"). This would of course integrate with the target pace suggestion, letting me track my progress during the interval.

It would be great if these functions were integrated into the app.
At the moment I love how it looks and feels, but I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of some features.
Pack it full of great features and it'll be the best selling running-app in the app store!
