    Hi David,

    Early christmas present?!

Yes - back up your old phone with iTunes/iCloud, then when you setup your new one setup with that backup and all your app data will be there.

    Happy Christmas!

You can transfer data from old iPhone to new iPhone via mobile transfer app or iTunes.

yes, you can by either restoring from backup from your old phone - or use iTunes file sharing and copy from old to new manually.

    Best Regards

Another solution is to use phone transfer tool to help you miove data from old to new phone. Not only iOS, but also supports Android, BlackBerry.
